Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Enjoy a peaceful break in this stylish country cottage with huge charm. From the log burning stove to the open plan master bedroom / bath you would be forgiven for thinking you had landed in a boutique hotel room! There are two spacious bedrooms, the master which has an open plan bath / shower and a single bed next door which can also be made up to a twin room with two full size single beds. Situated in the picturesque village of Wylam Northumberland you will have plenty to explore nearby.
