Great place to stay, especially if you need to get the UT campus or downtown. Lots of retail and restaurants in easy walking distance. Varun is a super responsive and friendly host.

The place was clean and close to everything. We used Uber to get around and had no issues at all. Most bars, restaurants and downtown were within a 10-minute drive. Kwame was very responsive and even allowed us a late check out since our flight wasn‘t departing until later in the afternoon.

Joe went above and beyond by making sure a new Instapot was available for me. Otherwise responsive and a great host.

Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

We loved the beautiful, natural setting around the home. Great layout, very comfortable and lovely place to stay. Close to shopping and downtown, but set in a very quiet neighborhood. Melissa was a fantastic host!

We loved our stay here! We are former Austinites who lived in the city for 8+ years and only moved away 2 years ago. We came back as a family to visit friends and our favorite spots and it was just the perfect spot for us. Great location in Bouldin Creek and the house is well set up, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend for someone looking to stay in a comfortable space in Austin in a great neighborhood close to lots of stuff!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent a couple of months. The house was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet. Yet there were good restaurants that were walking distance as well as a small movie theater. The WiFi worked well. A great place all around.

Had a great weekend here to catch a UT football game while visiting Austin. Jason was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed before and during the stay. Property is very nice with bedrooms located upstairs and lots of room in living, dining, and kitchen areas. Location was great in a very quiet neighborhood just off of Lamar. Easy access to get to things we wanted to do outside of just the game. Would definitely stay here again on another trip.

One of the best Airbnb here in Austin, Tx specifically in South Austin! The house was newly renovated. All appliances like washer/dryer, dishwasher, ac/hotter are working perfectly. The smart tv, and wi-fi is very fast. Hot water is running good. The location from house to bus stop is walkable for like 10 mins or less. They have a good neighborhood and quiet outside. Plates, utensils, and cooking equipments are all provided! About the host, they are actually very responsive! They are replying quickly even though I chatted them very late lol. They quickly resolved our problems! Sean is extremely kind and patience. Thank you again for letting us stay to your airbnb for almost 5 months!

Bente went above and beyond. Left snacks and drinks for us. The place was very cozy and the backyard was a nice area to sit in. Pretty good location too, found it relatively close to all the hot spots and Ubers were cheap. I would come back here

Great location and very comfortable place!

We had a great time staying here. The location was excellent, just a short walk from all the shops and bars on South Congress or short drives to other areas in Austin. The space was great, clean and perfect for the group. Jade was super responsive if we had questions or couldn’t find something, even over Easter! Overall we had a lovely stay.

Spent a fantastic week here. The place is immaculate with outstanding furnishings and decorative touches. We had several local friends stop by and everyone asked for the listing so that they could recommend it in the future. Excellent location just outside the downtown with fantastic restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Communication was clear and timely. Would not think of staying anywhere else in the Austin area for future trips.

Karina’s place was the perfect place for us! We loved the natural light, the work stations, the games/game room and a lovely kitchen for having our family over for dinner. Highly recommend. Even a refrigerator that streamed our music! Most of all, Karina was really gracious to give us a late checkout on Easter Sunday. You’ll love staying here when in Austin!! We did!

Great place and just as advertised. Great location, street parking is easy to find, and the space was super clean. Only warning is that the pull out couch bed is uncomfortable (theres a bar that stabs into your back) and you're better off just sleeping on it as a regular couch.
