Newly updated, charming 2 bedroom apt with separate entrance, close to UM Football Stadium, Downtown, and Campus and right next to Allmendinger Park. Great neighborhood! Antique furnishings and stained woodwork. Newly renovated bathroom and new carpeting/flooring throughout. Includes use of the deck with grill and backyard seating area! This apartment is situated as the ground level of a two story duplex. Newly remodeled including all new bathroom, granite counter in kitchen, and all hardwood or tile floors. Smart TV's in the bedrooms and Smart TV with cable in the living room. Everything you need for making meals, and close to many restaurants if you'd rather not. Right next door to a coffee cafe! One minute walk to the bus stop. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown, and an 8 minute drive to the Big House.
