The lodge is right off highway 522 and an 8 minute drive from Cacapon park, it is 12 minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs!

Our basecamp apartment is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast looking for an escape to the countryside. We are 1/2mile from the C&O Towpath and Potomac river and less than 2 miles from Harpers Ferry and the Appalachian Trail. Our location makes this perfect for couples, families or groups looking to hike, bike, or raft. Make use of our deck, grill, fire pit, and bike tools. We recently got internet. But no TV, and weak cell signal. The kitchenette has a hotplate, toaster oven, and coffee maker.

Located 1.5 hours from DC and Baltimore, dozens of wineries/breweries within 15 miles, 10 min from River Riders, & 18 min from Charlestown Races & Slots! Golf cart no longer included with rental.

Mountain Church Cottage

Mountain Church Cottage offers a great stay in the hills of Middletown, Maryland. Activities nearby include access to the Appalachian Trail. The roads are a perfect challenge for the serious cyclist and runner, but it’s just a 15 minute drive to the flat terrain of the C&O Canal bike path. For kayakers, Potomac River access is in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. It's just a short drive to Antietam National Battlefield. And for those who enjoy a glass, there are a number of wineries in the region.

This stylish apt with fenced yard is located just mins to the HFNP Park. 24/7 convenient store just 1 block away; library across the street; a corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to start your hikes or just to rest for the weekend. The home has 1 BR, kitchen, full bath and coffee bar - Keurig; coffee pot; coffee press; pour over coffee; beans and grinder; teas bags w/ water pot and private parking for our guests. Please note that the living area for this home is upstairs.

This original blacksmith's forge located on historic farm property was recently converted to a beautiful cottage. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler this destination is close to wineries/breweries and farm-to-table restaurants. Comfortable living room and large loft style bedroom are perfect locations to unwind from a day of exploring. Farm stands are not a far drive - delicious meats at Long Stone Farm and local goat cheese at Georges Mill are just a few of the favorites.
