For a tiny house it has a spacious lower level with vaulted ceiling and upper bedroom loft. Wifi & smart TV. Nice warm heat and cool AC. Outdoor activity includes hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks, john boat). For fishing we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of country life with barnyard animals, sitting by the outdoor fire pit or taking a stroll down the lane with a circle drive to see wildlife. Just minutes away from Mark Twain Lake, Jellystone, Spalding beach, Mosswood Golf Course, historic Hannibal MO attractions and Perry MO for antiquing. Full kitchen with waffle making supplies and coffee bar! Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. All new beds and bedding.

This classic 3 BR 1 .5 BA Queen Anne Victorian (c. 1892) has retained many original features that are just breathtaking! A grand oak staircase, original hardwood floors & trim, stained glass, French & Pocket Doors to name a few. Staying here offers the traveler in search of history a clear connection to Hannibal's past, its place in time and to the local culture – with modern amenities! This historic home is also spacious, comfortable and family & pet friendly ($75 fee). Walk to downtown!
