Welcome to the Mariannerie! This cosy cottage nestles under two enormous oak trees in a large garden, with views over open fields. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

Enjoy a spacious suite perfect for business or pleasure with its own private access door, staircase and parking space. A stylish space with kitchenette, beautiful en-suite and room to relax. Fully equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. Ideal for easy access to Newcastle and close proximity to M6/A34, hospital and local universities. There a a range of excellent pubs/restaurants close by and Trentham Gardens is within a few miles.

If you’re looking for breathtaking views in the heart of Staffs Moorlands then The Hideaway is the place for you. Enjoy a relaxed walk into the local village of Brown Edge or go further a field to one of our historic market towns, Leek. Walking boots are a must as we also have The Roaches on our doorstep, a must for all avid walkers and don’t forget about your four legged fur friend. Or if it’s a hot shower, a warm drink & a good book then snuggle on in.

Cloud View at Ever-Rest

Stay cozy over the colder period and join us to enjoy our beautiful apartment. Whatever your winter tipple maybe, enjoy it in front of our log burner. Cloud View at Ever-Rest is located in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Gillow Heath is a quiet rural area, very near the Cheshire boarder, offering lovely views. The local area offers nice walks, National Trust properties and gardens, offering a perfect relaxing weekend or mid-week break.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.
