The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Kick back and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. While not a literal treehouse, this home is perched in a canopy of trees that borders a peaceful hillside. This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Enjoy a beverage on the back deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or sleep while gazing at the stars with two skylights above your bed. There is a 200' gravel pathway to the front door.

Guests have access to fishing, swimming, roasting s'mores at the fire pit, lounging in the gazebo, and exploring the property. Located right by Real Ale Brewery just 2 miles from downtown Blanco with restaurants, shopping, and Blanco State Park. Austin and San Antonio are also easily accessible by car.

Relax on the large comfortable sofa, pool, luxury hot tub, or on one of the multiple covered porches and gazebos to take in the beautiful sunsets.

This unique place has a style all its own. Stand-alone guest house bedroom with full bath (shower.) On-site parking. This great space offers a lovely private entryway courtyard and is decorated with print art. Vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness of the room. Two large windows let in plenty of light and a beautiful hill country view. Heating and cooling are provided with an efficient and quiet mini-split system. There’s also a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee. 100% cotton sheets.
