Cemaes is close to the historical town of Machynlleth and Snowdonia National Park. Beautiful views await you along with lots of things to do and see. Whether walking, biking or just enjoying a lunch in a pretty town or visiting tourist interests there is plenty to do here. The Dyfi Valley is a designated UNESCO Biosphere.

A real “get-away-from-it-all” peaceful location with stunning views from every angle! Beautiful walking on your doorstep and lots more to explore on the coastal paths of the Llyn Peninsular. Abersoch village 3 miles away with a great selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. The Upgraded Retreat now has gas central heating and double glazing making it super cosy and available for an extended season. 2 x Double and 1 x small twin (children) Not suitable for infirm adults due to access.

Firs Cottage B&B,the Conwy Valley

Firs Cottage was built before 1668, it is 4 miles from Llanrwst and on A470 a busy and dangerous road with no footpath so It is not suitable for cyclists or walkers. Guests need their own TRANSPORT!! There are no local taxis. Firs Cottage is a comfortable home for me and my 2 cats, with a large attractive garden. For breakfast I offer a full menu so that you can make your own choice of fresh food. I make all the jams, marmalades and bread. Please tell me of food restrictions or allergies.

At The Old Workhouse - a Grade 11* listed building - we serve a modern Welsh-influenced breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. The night before we provide you with a breakfast tick menu, from which you can choose what you want, and the time you want it. It is served in the kitchen at the time specified. Secluded cottage in own grounds on edge of Snowdonia National Park. Wonderful views of coast and mountains. Close to Zip World, various National Trust properties, Castles and great walking and climbing. 2 separate bedrooms each with double bed and shared bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereals, yogurt, preserves, eggs and home made bread as well as other veggie food Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie,vegan).

King-size room (sea-view) on Criccieth beach

Small, traditional bed & breakfast on the seafront at Criccieth. This 1st-floor room for 2 people comes with a king-size bed. It has fabulous sea views and an en-suite shower room. Perfect for a relaxed stay, with the beach right outside and the town's amenities all within walking distance. Very close to the castle and only a short drive from the mountains of Snowdonia. Full cooked breakfast included. A warm welcome awaits all guests.

Bala Bright en-suite room, town house Bala Lake

Set within a quiet courtyard Ty Llwyd is part of the former Bala workhouse, dating from around 1836, a recently renovated 3 storey Victorian terrace. Bala is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park where you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.

Plas Uchaf is a 16th century farm house with beautiful views overlooking the Conwy estuary, Castle and the foothills of Snowdonia. We offer two double bedrooms, one en suit, and one with its own private shower room. Guests have their own sitting room with a wood burner, for that really snug feel.
