Casa nostra è situata sulla collina di Pieve Ligure. È immersa nel verde, in un contesto familiare e tranquillo. Dalla casa e dal giardino si gode di una splendida vista su tutto il golfo Paradiso. La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare e fare barbecue. Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. La distanza dal centro di Genova è di circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

Nel mezzo di questo piccolo borgo storico, appartamento sulla piazza con vista sul castello di Vigolzone, piccola e tranquilla località all'inizio della val Nure, situata ad 1 km da Grazzano Visconti, 15 km da Piacenza, 15 km da Rivalta, 30 km da Bobbio e da Castell'Arquato. Sulla piazza si trova anche un ristorante pizzeria e nel paese negozi e bar. E' possibile visitare cantine vitivinicole ed agriturismi nelle vicinanze.

Per gli amanti del trekking, delle escursioni in Mountain bike e dell'enduro, ma anche per chi ama visitare luoghi densi di storia. A un passo da Bobbio, Grazzano Visconti e da riserve naturali stupende. Ma per perdersi nella natura basta uscire dalla porta di casa.
