31 Old Court is a dog friendly cottage situated on a holiday complex in the grounds of a historic Manor House perfectly positioned for exploring both north and south coasts of west Cornwall. The property has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a patio area at the front with a picnic bench. WiFi is provided at no additional charge. Kenegie Manor holiday park has a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, children’s splash pool, tennis courts, large communal gardens and a putting green.

Newly renovated, bright and spacious 1 bedroom flat just off the high street in Penzance. New, high quality king size bed, "hotel" style fresh cotton linens and towels. There's a fully functional kitchen, coffee machine etc and great artwork from local artists. Perfectly located and a great base to explore west Cornwall. A stone's throw from the train station, the bus station, the town and the harbour. There is also a large car park 50 metres away which is reasonably cheap but FREE overnight.

“Ocean View” is a spacious three double bedroom upstairs apartment in the heart of Penzance. You can watch the sun rise with fantastic uninterrupted views of Mounts Bay and St Michaels Mount. Walking distance to plenty of eating and drinking places. Close to the bus and train station for trips to St Ives or Lands End. A short walk to the harbour where you can catch the Scillonian ferry boat to the Isles of Scilly for a day trip, or wherever takes your fancy as this place is central to it all.

Our Lodge is very private and peaceful, nestled next to woods and orchard with wonderful views over Mounts Bay but only 5 minutes from Penzance by car with its many restaurants and night life and is perfectly placed to explore the spectacular beaches and coastal paths of Lands End and St Ives. With private parking for 3 cars, it is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. We are always on hand to give you any help or information you may need. Your own transport is recommended.
