Lakeview apartment in the centre of Bellagio

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un auto. Appartamento dotato di terrazza panoramica che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Como e permette di ammirare tramonti meravigliosi. Troverai parcheggio gratuito su strada, a solo 100 metri. L'appartamento si trova nell'incantevole zona alta di Fiumelatte (Pino).Dista 2,5 km dal centro di Varenna. Si trova in una posizione strategica: dalle finestre possiamo ammirare lo spettacolare borgo di Bellagio. Consiglio un auto per spostarsi in autonomia.

Permettere ai miei ospiti di rigenerarsi vedendo il sole sorgere tra i monti sullo sfondo e rispecchiarsi nelle acque limpide del lago, è ciò che mi spinge ad aprire le porte di questo delizioso monolocale affacciato direttamente sul blu.

Fantastica location adatta per coppie e famiglie che vogliono passare giornate indimenticabili sul pittoresco Lago di Como. L'alloggio si trova al piano terra, immerso nel verde e dotato di parcheggio gratuito, spiaggia privata con doccia, ampio parco con area barbecue e balcone direttamente sul lago, dove trascorrere ore in relax ammirando il paesaggio circostante. Il prezzo si intende per l'intero alloggio, comprensivo di aria climatizzata e uso illimitato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

A due passi da Bellagio, il mio studio è un vero e proprio gioiellino affacciato sul Lago di Como. Sono un Architetto, e questo è stato il mio rifugio per molti anni. Adesso desidero che anche voi possiate godere della pace che qui si respira. Dal balcone del living potrete godere di una delle più belle e suggestive viste del Lago e delle montagne circostanti.
