Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

You can take 10 min walk, bike or a 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area bring your shade and beach chairs for a day of swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.

Enjoy the forest views from the private balcony. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a unique property right on the Guadalupe River. It is a separate guest room and patio built off the garage, that is separate from the house. There is a king bed, kitchenette and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the covered patio. There is a small dock for fishing, sitting, swimming or launching kayaks. There are kayaks, with life jackets, available for your use.
