The cozy cottage provides up to 400 square feet that can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table to enjoy the Texas sunshine.

Peaceful Hill Country Home

This home is within 2 miles of the outlet mall. Only 15 miles to New Braunfels. Texas State and the San Marcos River is also within 2 miles. Downtown area with Cafe on the Square and Grins are college populareateries. Gruene, Tx with the Guadalupe River for fun and tube floating is also 5 miles away. It is our personal home and I closed off the 3rd bdrm. Popular Gruene, TX is only 5 miles out and COTA 40 miles.

Kid friendly house with a hot tub & play area

Kids-friendly house on a 1-acre lot where you can chill out and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You'll get to enjoy wildlife coming to the backyard (mostly deer, squirrels and birds, during the night you can spot even a fox), stars in the clear sky at night, and a swim in the private pool or a soak in the hot tub.
