There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

This updated, spacious home is near a walk/run/bike trail and has been furnished to meet your needs while in Indy. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a loft as a 4th bedroom. This 2-story home is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from concerts, sporting events, restaurants, the zoo, Indianapolis Children's Museum, the Canal, and much more! The Carriage House has charm and character with a wooded backyard sitting on 4 acres. Sit or swing on the beautiful covered porch while you enjoy the view of the lake and fountain or feel free to walk around and enjoy the park-like setting.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a charming tiny house surrounded by trees and birdsong, you can unplug and relax without going too far off the beaten path. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

New Construction! Entire Private Unit located in our Barn, now with a private fenced yard. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our property is a quiet rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within 15-20 minutes of city life and shopping. Your private unit is located in our brand new pole barn on our historic farm. It is a lower level unit that sleeps 4 and has 1 bedroom and 1 bath.

There is a fold out single cot and a fold out queen mattress available. Full kitchen, smart tv, washer/dryer, private security system and all the basics are all with this secluded home.
