Lovely Suite private bath by Metro & Industry City

Welcome to our cozy bedroom on the second floor of a Brooklyn yellow townhouse next to Industry City at 36th St Express Subway Station. One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. Great for solo, business, medical, or educational travelers! We welcome all ages, races, genders, orientations & backgrounds to our place and hope you enjoy your stay!

Kick back and relax in the newly renovated 1600sq ft full-floor space on the garden level of an brownstone in Prospect Heights. This 1-bed room guest suite has a designer-open kitchen. There is a Japanese style Tatami room in the back facing the garden. The basement has a flat HD TV room, a large sofa and laundry room. Guests will have their own bathroom and kitchen. The host will be present in the same townhouse building upstairs. A few minutes to B,D,2,3 subway stations. No kids/No pets

A cottage feel in the big city, rich with historic charm and ample space to spread out. Our renovated family townhouse features a stocked luxury kitchen with dishwasher, pro gas range, Vitamix, etc, even a baby grand piano. THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK). MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY. To comply with NYC hosting laws the host will be present. This listing is for the two upstairs floors of our townhouse and host stays downstairs.

The little Habitat .

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Bus and subway are only minutes away, that will take you to amazing downtown Brooklyn and seconds into Manhattan. After a full day out enjoying the sights and sounds of New York you will return to a lovely spacious bedroom with one lovely king size bed. The bedroom is located in the rear of the apartment away from any street noise .

Be my guest in my 2 bedroom flat. 4 guests including 2 children. Toiletries, towels and beddings will be provided. NO pets!! and NO animals!! of any kind!! Flat has No smoking/vaiping policy. Located on a lower floor with 4 small stairs. SAFE location in Brooklyn to get anywhere you need with metro "R" station 77street down the block. transportation such as metro, ferry, taxi, bus.
