The Caretaker's Cottage-Historic Roundabout Hills

The Caretaker's Cottage was built in the 1770s by Ruben Merriwether, and sits near the manor house where he and his ancestors lived at Roundabout Hills. An exceptional space with a fabulous full kitchen perfect for those who like to cook, it is truly a one of a kind place to stay. The house, where John and Fiona live, and the cottage are secluded and private, but close to all of the art, culture, restaurants and dining in the nearby towns of Frederick, Columbia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.

Modern 1-bedroom studio apartment located on North Market Street (NOMA) in charming downtown Frederick. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, breweries and nightlife. Studio includes a full kitchen and luxurious bathroom providing everything you need to enjoy your time in downtown Frederick. Conveniently located behind laundromat (Noma Laundry) which is open from 5AM-11PM. 5 minute walk to the heart of Frederick and minutes away from Gravel & Grind coffee cafe and Olde Mother brewery.

Charming 1910 brick home with fenced yard located in the heart of Downtown Frederick, just steps to Frederick's best breweries, beautiful Carroll Creek, and the quaint shops at Everedy Square. The house is the perfect blend of old and new, combining exposed brick/stone, natural light and hardwood floors with modern amenities such as a remodeled kitchen, WiFi, central air, luxury mattresses and cozy furnishings. Family, work, and dog friendly ($50/stay fee; no dogs on furniture; max 2 dogs).

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Poolside Paradise in Monrovia, Maryland.

Enjoy your stay in this fabulous pool house located in a quiet neighborhood. Relax poolside during the day and enjoy the outdoor bar and kitchen for cocktails at sunset. Breathtaking views all around. Just 50 minutes from Baltimore and Washington DC and 10 minutes to historic downtown Frederick. Private entrance to backyard with a large green space on the backside of the pool house. We consider ourselves a couples retreat and don’t host gatherings. We look forward to hosting you soon:)

Nestled in close to local vineyards, this charming, free-standing cottage is yours and perfect for a weekend getaway or alternative to a hotel. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The cabin is located within minutes to the city of Frederick, Gettysburg and Cunningham falls state park. For an extra $50 a night we have a beautiful pool bar available. It is equipped with heat, a/c. 65 inch TV, bar stools, speaker and led lights everywhere.
