A family house with 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, 2 large TVs and 14 seater dining table. The property is connected to a shared 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games.

On the edge of the Peak District it includes a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. As you approach the hobbit house you'll be greeted by a charming small green door hidden within a developing garden. Complete with a stream and weir and fragrant herbs in the summer. Step inside and you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting space, filled with natural light and earthy tones. The Hobbit House features a comfortable living area, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, fridge, and all the necessary utensils.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!
