Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Una piccola casetta nel cuore del borgo di Ronco, un piccolo paesino sul Lago d'Orta. Un'abitazione autonoma a soli 50 metri dal lago. Dalla zona soppalcata di può godere di una piacevole vista sul lago e sulle vie pedonali tipiche del borgo. La casa è ideale per 2 persone, fino a un massimo di 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Non c'è circolazione di mezzi e le automobili vengono lasciate nel parcheggio pubblico all'ingresso del paesino. Il posto ideale dove passare le vacanze avvolti dalla pace del lago!

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.
