Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Willkommen in meiner eleganten Penthouse-Wohnung – ruhig gelegen und dennoch nah am Zentrum. Our vacation home is furnished with modern and luxurious furniture, as well as a sauna. It is located in the heart of Vasoldsberg (25 min. away from Graz) and it is the ideal place to relax and regain energy in a luxurious setting and the tranquillity and good air of the countryside. Our vacation home includes a private sauna, a spacious living room with kitchen, one bedroom with a bathroom and two patios. There is a bakery in walking distance and there are walking and cycling trails.

Die schöne, im Juni 2025 neu renovierte, ~50m2 große Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Graz. Mitten im Zentrum gelegen, gelangst du zum Hauptplatz ebenso wie zum hippen Lendplatz in 5min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle sind 2min entfernt, in 10min bist du am Hauptbahnhof. Mitten im Leben, trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen und ladet zum Wohnen und/oder Arbeiten ein.

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
