My home is spotlessly clean & cosy. It’s located in a quiet area in Southsea, 5 min walk to the beach and many cafes, shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. ~30 min drive to Goodwood Motor Circuit, and convenient stop if taking a cruise. Close to the River Hamble, with Riverside walks nearby and close to Swanwick Marina. Visit Historic Portsmouth Dockyard and the Cruise city of Southampton, this Grade II listed cottage is perfect to relax/explore or HotTub/Americas Cup/Cowes wk. Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids. Fairthorne Manor is within a few miles and caters for children to have adventure days in school hols, kayaking, climbing, archery and much much more allowing adults to relax.

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.
