ana pravca, Karst holiday home

Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

Cabino - Fresh Air Resort

The elegant Cabins are furnished in the modern minimalistic style. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows makes the rooms bright so you can enjoy an amazing landscape view of the high peaks of Julian Alps. Each unit comes with a large wooden terrace equipped with loungers and a hammock. Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. Each Cabin is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine and V60 pour-over coffee set.

Per te una VILLA, con grande GIARDINO a prato, recintato a siepe viva e PATIO. La sera accendi il fuoco nel braciere e riposare in piena libertà all'esterno, fai yoga, dondolati dopo le scoperte del ricco territorio friulano.

It is 5 minutes (by car) to the first beach and 5 km to the natural salt pans of Sečovlje (SI) and the Thallaso spa there. It is also 25 km away from Trieste (IT) where you can do Italian shopping, 45 minutes from Pula and the magnificent Pula Arena and 50 km from the world famous Postojna Cave (SI).

Villa Dorina

Das Neu erbaute und Modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in Kastel nicht weit von der Grenze Slowenien/Kroatien. Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Spacious and very charming Karst House, located is idyllic village of Pliskovica was renovated in year 2006 in a traditional Karst style, however we did added everything that you need for relaxed holidays, including: outdoor Jacuzzi, finish sauna with relaxation and chill out area, private wine cellar, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two lovely gardens. Villa degli anni '50 a 2 piani, con giardino alberato e piante aromatiche da cui si gode la vista del mare e del golfo. parcheggio gratuito e fermata bus; Appartamento con cucina abitabile, bagno con doccia, 2 stanze matrimoniali di cui 1 art decò, 1 più moderna ed 1 soggiorno con 1 divano letto singolo, una terrazza. Il tutto con vista mare. Particolare cura della pulizia.
