Garden Suite

This light-filled, quiet and private Garden Suite is an extension of the house, with a separate entrance, overlooking garden and pool, and a wooded area. The Unit has two rooms which are partially separated by a beautiful stone wall. The rooms offer every comfort needed for a stay, whether it is a weekend or longer. The Garden Suite does not have a kitchen. Cleveland Park is a historic neighborhood, boasting great restaurants, shops and lovely walks nearby, such as Rock Creek Park and the zoo.

The parking permit is available upon request. Second bed for two guests onetime fee is $40. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown resident! This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

This three story townhouse offers the perfect getaway within the city. An uplifting space ideally located on a quaint block of Burleith; just a short walk to Georgetown Campus and at a convergence of parks and lush pathways. A spacious and sunlit home suited for families, groups of friends, and Georgetown graduate students. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and a variety of super markets to reach by foot. All main historical and national attractions within a 4 mile radius.

Lovely basement studio

Lovely 1 bedroom basement studio. Private entrance, lots of storage, very quiet and it gets some light. Steps to the Omni Shoreham, short walk to Woodley Park metro station, buses, grocery stores, restaurants and Rock Creek Park. We are very mindful of having the place clean. The house host is a classical piano player, so you might hear some of the music at times. If this is a problem for our guests, we are very flexible with agreeing on piano playing times.

Georgetown Elegant Apartment

Sanitized, renovated basement apartment with a private entrance in a historical federal rowhouse. Located on a quiet street, but less than a block away from the Wisconsin Avenue with its cafes and boutique shops. Bus stop to the DC downtown is a few steps away. One block away from the Volta Park. 5 minutes walk to the fashionable M street and to the Georgetown University, about 15-20 min walk to Washington National Cathedral and Massachusetts Ave/Embassy Row.

Adams Morgan One Bedroom Retreat

This light, airy one-bedroom English basement apartment has its own private entrance. Cable TV, WiFi, washer/dryer and a full kitchen make it easy to make yourself at home. The bedroom features a queen size bed (and the living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa that converts to a standard size bed). We never charge a cleaning fee! The apartment is located below the main house. It is 500 square feet with a ceiling height of 6’ 9”.
