Escape to a rare waterfront beach house, just an hour from Brooklyn and NYC! Immerse yourself in the stunning natural surroundings and enjoy breathtaking 180-degree water views from every room. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, our lovingly restored mid-century modern beach house offers an open flow and airy feel thats perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. Comfortable for 2-7 people. Not ideal for small children or guests with limited mobility as there are steep stairs inside and outside.

Massive beachside property with private entrance that is walking distance to lido beach. The property which spans more than half an acre features and inground pool with a deep-end and miniature basketball hoop. On the patio, you can enjoy a granite bar with seating for five and a built-in fridge and gas grill - no propane required! Enjoy beautiful dinners at the patio table or lounge on the chairs next to the pool. When you're done with it all, rinse off with the outdoor shower!

Cottage on the Beach Toes in the sand

A little yellow cottage , on your very private beach on the bay , put your feet in the sand and enjoy this beautiful space. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !

Fire Island - Oceanfront Beach House

Fantastic oceanfront house is a double decker house and located steps to the beach. This house has ocean views from the deck and inside the house. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an open concept dining and living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Outside you will find a furnished deck with seating and lounging as well as a grill for perfect summer BBQs. There is a spacious outdoor shower - must have for any beach house!
