On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

La zona è tranquilla e riservata ed in soli 6 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione con collegamenti da e per: Varese , aeroporto Milano Malpensa , Milano città , Como, lago Maggiore, Lugano. Ideale per adulti o per famiglie con bambini al di sopra dei 7 anni.

L’alloggio è immerso nella quiete con splendida vista sul Lago Maggiore in una piccola frazione del Comune di Ghiffa. Vi aspetta bilocale al piano terra dotato di terrazza per pranzo all’aperto. L’appartamento è molto luminoso e vi si accede direttamente dalla strada. L’auto è consigliata, un servizio di bus si trova nelle vicinanze. L’auto va lasciata nel vicino posteggio pubblico gratuito. Gli animali non sono ammessi, nella casa vivono già 2 cani molto bravi.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.
