Excellent séjour, maison incroyablement bien équipée, vue à couper le souffle sur le lac, très bonne proximité d'Annecy et des stations de ski. Sebastien est un hôte très réactif et vraiment super sympa, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci Sebastien !

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans ce séjour. Le logement, le jardin et la vue étaient incroyables. Se réveiller avec le son du lac nous a permis de nous relaxer. Les hôtes ont été arrangeants et disponibles. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu pour un groupe de 14 personnes.

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

Très bon séjour passé chez Carlos, la location est vraiment bien équipée et l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les alentours du lac d'Annecy. Location située au bout d'une impasse ce qui est sécurisant quand on a des enfants pour qu'ils puissent jouer dehors !

Splendid views; serene setting; spectacular home, decor and artwork; Superior host. Steps and stairs are a challenge as is the walk to Pully train station. Uber use saved us. Overall, a sensational and relaxing visit near Lausanne in beautiful Switzerland. We would love to come again, and also have Manuela visit us in the USA. She is a special host with a warm personality.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

Un séjour extrêmement agréable ! Cédric est une personne charmante qui sait recevoir. La maison située dans un quartier calme est jolie, spacieuse et ultra bien équipée. La cuisine, fonctionnelle et conviviale, nous a permis de faire de vrais repas. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La maison était très propre. C’est un vrai bon airbnb !

nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end de trois jours il ne manquait rien pour se détendre piscine jacuzzi sauna montagne pour profiter de la neige des paysages magnifiques vue de la maison au top merci à yacine vraiment une belle maison moderne et conviviale dehors comme à l'intérieur !!!!

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Belle surprise de découvrir cette spacieuse maison proche du lac, entourée de grands arbres, au calme. Rien n'a manqué pour passer notre séjour en famille. Tout est accessible à pied et arrêt de bus proche pour se rendre à Annecy en 30'. Aménagements extérieurs très pratiques et sécurisés pour les enfants. Nous conseillons un réveil matinal, une promenade le long du lac, monter à la boulangerie "le fournil de mon père", prendre le temps d'un petit café au vieux port et apporter les croissants à la famille qui se réveille doucement...

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans un Lieu magnifique, avec une très belle vue. Très grande maison, bien entretenue, beaucoup d’équipements à disposition. La piscine est de belle taille et chauffée avec une magnifique vue. La pool house est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Village accessible à pied. Petit mais charmant avec de belles ballades à faire. Logement géré par la Conciergerie De Savoie qui a toujours été disponible et réactive. Propriétaire disponible également ! Je recommande vivement le logement.

We had a beautiful stay at the house, it’s very quiet, has a wonderful setting and is well equipped. Stuart was very responsive and forthcoming. You do need a car for getting around for shopping and visiting nearby attractions, and the traffic can get dense during rushhour. This house is highly recommended if you want to spend some beautiful days at and on the lake Geneva.

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

Maison très propre, dans un emplacement magnifique . On a passé un séjour merveilleux. Les chambres parfaites , propres et un jardin joli. Piscine et jacuzzi marchent très bien! Au top!

Le séjour dans la maison de Karine à Challex s’est très bien passé. Sa maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et équipée de tout le nécessaire. Une vue superbe sur la chaîne des Alpes y compris depuis la piscine. Karine est une personne facilement joignable et elle a su être compréhensive lors d’un petit dégât matériel (poignée du frigidaire abîmée) que nous nous sommes proposé de rembourser. Je recommande donc cette maison !

Morgane is a great host and the house is beautiful! It was clean, the check-in process is easy. I had an amazing mini vacation by the pool. Will definitely come back next year!
