Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

Parking is not available.
