Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

All neat and tidy please note that the outside area is not yet up to the high standard as the flat needs a bit work but still reasonable.

It is a short walk to Gosforth High Street which has a range of restaurants, cafes, a park and shops, there is also an ASDA supermarket and M&S Food just a five minute walk away.. An easy, 15 to 20 minute scenic walk into the city centre. The apartment has decent wifi and the dining table provides a nice calm working environment. There is a lift in the building.
