Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It is located a few kilometers north of the Adriatic Sea and the town of Omis (6 km ) and 25 kilometers east of Split .Gata located not far from the river Cetina. Beautiful little house in a very quiet and peaceful place.The house built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, in the countryside, in a quiet place. Studio flat has the capacity of 2+1. Accommodation unit size is 23 m2 + 47 m2 (terrace). This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.On terace you can make a barbecue. For this accommodation unit the final cleaning fee is included in the total price. Your vehicle will have a guaranteed parking space. The following service facilities are reachable by a walk: supermarket,restaurant,caffe bar.Apartment have a free parking.Near the house is bus station (100 m )to Omiš and Split.
