Whether you're here to hit the slopes, chill-out, or explore the outdoors, adventure is everywhere: hiking (snow-shoes in winter), biking, horse riding, or unwinding in a luxurious thermal bath. And for foodies? The local specialties are a must ! Your romantic retreat is waiting !

Neu umgebaute sehr helle NICHTRAUCHER-1,5 Zimmerwohnung. 40 m2. Im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Sonnige und ruhige Lage. Grosse Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, Rattan- Sitzecke. Entspannender Blick ins Grüne. Aber auch perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art . Skifahren im Winter. Wandern, biken im Sommer. Ausflugsziele wie Gstaad, Thun, Bern, Interlaken, Montreux sind gut zu erreichen. Rauchen ist auf dem ganzen Areal nicht erlaubt.

Charmant studio en vieille ville

Charmant studio situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Fribourg avec une vue imprenable sur la Sarine. Il se compose d'un grand lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisinette et d'un petit balcon. Logement pour 1 ou 2 personnes, indépendant, de 24m2, dans une maison familiale. Nous mettons à votre disposition la literie, les serviettes de toilette et une machine à laver et sécher le linge. Le ménage est effectué une fois par semaine, appartement non fumeur et non adapté aux animaux.

Évasion pour 2 – Jacuzzi, Terrasse & Parking

Le logement est entièrement indépendant avec entrée privée et comprend : - Une chambre confortable - Une salle de bain moderne - Un coin pratique pour cuisiner - Une grande terrasse avec spa privé (en supplément) et vue imprenable sur les montagnes Parking gratuit juste devant pour votre confort. Situé dans un cadre paisible, parfait pour se ressourcer pleinement tout en profitant des nombreuses activités et balades de la région. À quelques pas du logement : une épicerie et une boulangerie.

Le Perré

Appartement indépendant et paisible, idéalement situé au rez inférieur d’une maison familiale récente, au cœur de la Gruyère. À seulement 10 minutes de Bulle et de l’autoroute, profitez d’un cadre calme en campagne. À proximité, découvrez une multitude d’activités : ski, luge, randonnées en raquettes, bains thermaux, piscine couverte, lac, sites historiques, balades et gastronomie locale… tout est à portée de main ! Une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique est disponible sur demande.

Paradis cocoon et paysage de rêve

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

La Ferme

La Ferme est une bâtisse de 1822 classée comme monument historique. Comme toutes les anciennes fermes fribourgeoises, le logement est en bois avec des fourneaux à molasse et des pièces en enfilade, des plafonds bas max 1.90. Rénové complètement avec chauffage central et commodités d'un appartement moderne. Le fourneau à molasse est utilisable, du bois est à disposition. Vous vivrez dans un univers tel que pouvait le vivre les paysans en 1822, confort en plus ....

Chalet moderne avec panorama unique en Gruyère

Discover the Gruyère region by staying in front of the unique panorama of the Gastlosen, in the calm and sunshine, 5 minutes from Charmey (ski lifts, thermal baths) and 10 minutes from Gruyères, 35 minutes from Montreux/Vevey and Fribourg, 1 hour from Lausanne. Many hikes are possible from the chalet, such as the Mont Biffé, or the Tour du Lac de Montsalvens. Our fully equipped chalet is perfect for a couple or a family: wifi, TV, fitted kitchen.

In an exclusive & peaceful area, our guests feel the magic in the air of the lavender field and in the breeze, all the while enjoying stunning views over the lake, surrounded with nature at its best! The bushes and the trees, Alps and trails by the vineyards of the World's most beautiful wine region create, calm and let our place do the rest with the breathtaking view of the Alps and vineyards of the Swiss most amazing lake panoramas.

Alpine charm & coziness

A cozy rural retreat invites you to unwind! This newly renovated room, styled in alpine chic, features a private entrance with direct access to a covered patio. Hiking, biking trails, and ski slopes start nearby. There’s no kitchen, but a full-meal restaurant is next door, with others nearby. Shops and the train station are 5-10 minutes away on foot (0.5-1 km), and the bus stop is just 250 meters away. Free parking available.

Welcome to our cozy and well-equipped accommodation in a quiet area near Fribourg. Our house offers the perfect starting point for excursions into the Fribourgs Highlands and nearby cities. Only 20 minutes from Fribourg's city center, you can easily and quickly explore the city from here. At the same time, you are surrounded by beautiful recreational areas that invite you to relax and enjoy nature.

Our completely refurbished apartment is located on one level in a country chalet with its own entrance, terrace and parking space. Beautiful walks await you in the surrounding area. Quiet, mountain views, 10 minutes from Lake Geneva, 15 minutes from Montreux and 20 minutes from Lausanne. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you enjoy this beautiful location.
