Project-related travel with long-term stays all over the world has long determined our lives. The lack of feeling at home, especially in a private and quiet living atmosphere, was often a constant companion in many hotels and guesthouses. Experiences that contributed to our idea of »HOSTED HOUSING «was born: quiet and mostly self-managed business rooms for management and sales people. A temporary and attractive »HOMEBASE«, conveniently and strategically well located. The love for Dresden and the suitable object in Radebeul made us leave our home in Munich and set up this heart project. As a freelance project developer for information technology, we have our office in-house and are therefore for our guests always responsive. The apartment is set in the town of Radebeul and within walking distance from a number of charming bakeries, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, as well as a grocery market. A short walk away there’s a railway station offering trains into Dresden. Nabízíme celoroční pronájem luxusní chaty v obci Jílové na rozhraní Krušných hor a Národního parku České Švýcarsko. Chata je nekuřácká a je uzpůsobena především pro rodiny s dětmi v max. počtu 13+5 osob. Okolí nabízí mnoho možností pro pěší i cykloturistiku, pískovcové lezení a v zimě i lyžování. Bazén je zastřešený a vytápěný tepelným čerpadlem. Nově je k dispozici stolní tenis, profi stolní fotbálek a šipkový automat( zdarma) ). Teplota vody již od května minimálně 26° C.

Die moderne Villa und das gesamte Grundstück befinden sich in exklusiver Lage und wird an Sie komplett vermietet (keine anderen Bewohner!). Die Villa befindet sich innerhalb der Schlossmauer von Schloss Pillnitz bzw. der Mauern des alten Kammergutes. Historisch befand sich auf dem Grundstück der königliche Holzlagerplatz, umrahmt von 2,50 bis 4 m hohen Natursteinmauern, diese bieten ihnen auch heute noch eine tolle Privatsphäre, ohne Einsichtnahme von außen.

Vila Weigend je nově zrekonstruovaná secesní vila z roku 1912. Vnitřní vybavení je také v secesním stylu. K dispozici je celá vila se 3 pokoji, kuchyní, 2 koupelnami a hernou v podkroví. Vila se nachází ve svahu, obklopena bukovým lesem. V dosahu 2 km jsou Tiské skály, dále např. Děčínský sněžník a další. Lokalita je vhodná pro výlety do přírody, turistiku, lezení, cyklistiku.

Krásné místo s výhledem na Sněžník a krbem

Celý apartmánový byt s dvěma pokoji na spaní ,kuchyní. Sprchový box. Jeden pokoj má k dispozici krb na dřevo. Krásný výhled na rozhlednu Sněžník v zimě rozsvícena. Na zahradě je možné postavit dva stany nad devět lidí v ceně ubytování. Vše ke sranům k dispozici.
