The Master Suite loft has a queen bed with mountain spa bathroom. You can connect to the built in Bluetooth speaker and play some relaxing music while looking out the skylight above. The living area has plenty of seating with wood burning fireplace and 55” TV mounted above. You can enjoy over 100 cable channels, music and streaming services.

While being tucked away, we are still just 10minutes from Purcellville or Berryville & 30minutes from Leesburg, Middleburg, Winchester or Harper's Ferry.

Enjoy your stay in this fabulous pool house located in a quiet neighborhood. Relax poolside during the day and enjoy the outdoor bar and kitchen for cocktails at sunset. Breathtaking views all around. Just 50 minutes from Baltimore and Washington DC and 10 minutes to historic downtown Frederick. The 2-acre property backs up to the 23,000-acre Sleepy Creek State Wildlife Area, a hikers dream. The Woods offers 2 golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, tennis, exercise gym and more. The Sports and Spa center is within walking distance from the chalet for self-care pampering. The Clubhouse Grille and Pub is a great option for dine in and carry out. Enjoy!

Expect quiet mornings, fresh mountain air, and a true West Virginia getaway.

A wide path leads to Antietam Creek, popular for fishing, kayaking, and tubing. 45-min drive to Whitetail Ski Resort (30 miles); 1-hr to Gettysburg, PA; Close to Antietam Battlefield, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, Hagerstown, Frederick, Washington, D.C., C&O canal bike trail and Appalachian Trail. Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs. Families with children are welcome.
