I tried making the perfect place for my sister, brother-in-law, two nieces, and their dog, to look forward to staying with me when they come back home to Fort Wayne for visits. A full kitchen, with hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. A great quiet location on a caulisack with a nature preserve behind home. The apartment has a separate entry way. Basement is a closed off with door and can be locked for privacy.
