This small 1BR apartment is located in the historical West Central Neighborhood, walking distance to downtown. It is less than a mile to the Allen County Public Library, Embassy, Parkview Field and Grand Wayne Center. It is just a 5 minute drive to Indiana Tech, St Francis, or IPFW. The kitchen is supplied with a Keurig, dishes, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave and stove. Parking available on the street or behind the house. Appropriate for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers

Quality Loft-2 min to Convention center

This downtown duplex is in a QUIET area just a 1/2 mile to the hotels, Grand Wayne Center, The Embassy, and Parkview Field. Each Suite has its own PRIVATE ENSUITE BATH with a high-end shower and it's own thermostat for comfort. It's a favorite of business travelers and weekenders both. Many downtown restaurants and attractions a fair weather walk or short drive. My dad always said stay in a place as nice as your own home if not nicer, and this is it! Compare with the $150-200/night hotels.

The Ruby Slipper Suite A: Historic Downtown Apt

A unique completely remodeled historic 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of character and charm and all the amenities of a modern home. Located on the corner of Line and Van Buren you can enjoy views of downtown out of the second story windows. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and a local brewery. The space has a theme of Wizard of Oz and we challenge you to find the hidden gems. It is located on the second floor, no elevator.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
