Dispone, a meno di 30 metri, della stazione Metro Cipro, con la quale è possibile raggiungere rapidamente grandissima parte della città. E’ composto da ingresso, ampia camera da letto con letto matrimoniale (divisibile) con materasso memory, salone/camera pranzo con divano letto, comoda cucina abitabile e bagno con doccia. E’ completamente arredato ed attrezzato per il soggiorno, con la relativa dotazione dei vari ambienti (cucina, bagno, letto). Dispone, per ogni ambiente, di terrazzo o balcone. L’appartamento, di circa 60 mq., è stato ristrutturato nel 2015 (finestre doppi vetri con isolamento termico/acustico, impianto elettrico a norma, porta blindata, ecc.). E’ posto al 6° piano (con ascensore) ed ha una panoramica eccezionale sulla città nonché sul vicino Vaticano ed è molto luminoso. L'appartamento è dotato di: internet wi-fi, tv/radio, dvd, aria condizionata, riscaldamento centralizzato ed autonomo (con pompa calore), lavatrice, phon asciugacapelli, ferro e tavola stiro, bollitore, forno mw, videocitofono, ecc. All'ingresso è presente elevatore per accesso disabili. All’arrivo verrà anche fornito un set/bagno ed un ricco set alimentare di accoglienza e benvenuto. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
