5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Prachtig en gezellig appartement op de bovenste verdieping direct aan de skipiste. Fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen en het dorp. Ruime woonkamer met open haard en eettafel. Nieuwe keuken. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers (8 bedden) en 3 badkamers. Drie slaapkamers hebben een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. Twee badkamers met een douchecabine en de derde heeft een groot bad. Skiruim en wasruimte voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik in het huis. 2 parkeerplaatsen in de garage.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Herzblut komplett selbst renoviert und neu im gemütlichen Alpenchic eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in der Ferienresidenz Quadra mitten im Zentrum von Flims. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt. Zu den Bergbahnen und den verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten benötigt man zirka 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Vom Balkon aus geniesst man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Flims und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Der ideale Ort zum Entspannen!
