Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Bergen. Sehr ruhige Lage. 20min Autofahrt von Bergün entfernt- 30min von Davos.

Kleine, aber sehr gemütliche, saubere Wohnung. Perfekt für Skiferien, da zentrale Lage, alles gut in Gehdistanz, im Haus gibt es einen beheizten Skiraum! Die Kommunikation war immer klar und sehr schnell! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten tolle Ferien und kommen gerne wieder! Danke 🤗

Olivers Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 😊. Lage Die Lage ist top! Skifahren: der Bus hält vor der Haustür und braucht 1 Minute zu den Bergbahnen in Flims. Am Nachmittag kann man sich auf dem Balkon noch sonnen. 🌞 Ausstattung Besonders die Küche ist wirklich toll eingerichtet. Es sind keine günstigen Materialien verwendet worden. Top Geräte, tolle Oberflächen und komfortable Möbel im Apartment. Man sieht ab und an kleine Gebrauchsspuren, aber völlig ok und so ist es viel nachhaltiger 💯. Das Kinderzimmer war kleiner als erwartet, aber trotzdem total gemütlich. Zusätzliches 🧖🏼‍♀️ Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind direkt im Nebenhaus. Die Nutzung ist - wenn man es einmal verstanden hat (es ist alles erklärt und die Bewohner*innen der Casa Caglims sind total nett und hilfsbereit) - angenehm und wohltuend. Man hat die Sauna dann auch für sich. Wissenswertes 💡 1. Der Skikeller hat keine Trockenstäbe für die Schuhe. Kein Drama, nur gut es vorher

Kleine maar erg comfortabele en erg nette studio vlakbij Laaxersee en de bushalte naar de skipiste. We verbleven er 5 nachten met 3 personen waardoor ook het zetelbed uitgeklapt was en het wat smallekes was om overal te passeren maar dat was niet erg. Comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. Stevig stromende douche. Ruime frigo. Voldoende materiaal aanwezig in het keukentje om lekker te koken, zelfs een oven! (geen microgolf), en erna alles terug op te ruimen. Handig terras en telkens lekker in de zon toen we in de namiddag terug keerden van het skiën. Goed functionerende rolluiken waardoor je ‘t binnen echt donker kan maken en ook een uitklapbaar zonnescherm op het terras. We waren er te kort en veel buiten met het stralende weer waardoor we niet naar het zwembad geweest zijn. Geen idee hoe dat eruit ziet. Een fotootje op de website hiervan zou handig zijn. Ook de sauna mogelijkheid niet gebruikt. Parking plek voor de auto is een groot voordeel. We zijn erg tevreden over deze plek!

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

Très bon séjour. L’appartement était propre et accueillant. Il était très bien situé. À proximité des commerces ainsi que des activités d’hiver. Merci pour cet accueil.

We loved our stay at Casa Ravieni. We are family of 5 with an 11, 9 and 3 year old and we found short distance away to great playareas and other activities. Ski resort is only 7 minutes drive! The apartment was very clean, kitchen all equipped, the ONLY downside was no exclusive wash machine in the apartment, instead there was residential one for all guests to use downstairs but this in no way lessens our positive feedback on our stay. The view from apartment and the surroundings are truly breathtaking! we can see Alps everywhere and little drive up the mountains and we indulged in a little play in snow with our children which we never get to do in UK as we get only a bit of snow dust! Judith and Peter were delightful and such amazing hosts! It was also our first experience with Airbnb and we're pleasantly surprised. We definitely made memories and will be back in future!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Zimmereinteilung war für uns (1 Erwachsene, 4 Jugendliche) sehr angenehm. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön.

I really enjoyed Ellie's place, especiallty the very well equipped kitchen. The place is clean, generally well equipped with eveything and the beds are comfy. The village is idyllic and there's lots of walks to be done. Recommned!

Nous sommes venus du Valais chez Hansjörg pour des courses de ski au Rinerhorn. L’emplacement était parfait car très proche des remontées mécaniques et à moins de 10 minutes de Davos Platz. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le cadre en pleine nature. Hansjörg est très sympathique et a pris le temps de discuter avec nous, de plus il a toujours répondu aux messages très rapidement. Nous n’hésiterons pas à retourner dans son logement. Famille Droux

De communicatie met Gerda vooraf en tijdens het verblijf is prima. Bij aankomst heeft ze ons alles laten zien en alles uitgelegd. Gerda is erg vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ze dringt er op aan om niet te schromen iets te vragen. Ze reageert snel op onze vragen en check tussendoor of alles naar wens is. Het appartement is prachtig ingericht en in onberispelijke staat. Je voelt je er gelijk thuis. De ruimtes zijn groot en modern. Er is een hele grote tuin met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Al met al dus zeer aan te bevelen.

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

Older house renovated with maximum flexibility, with 5 separate apartments. We rented the entire house, which worked well for 10 adults. We ate meals together in the ground floor apartment, which had a larger kitchen and a dining room big enough for all of us. This is also where we hung out when not skiing, but we could always retire to one of the other apartments for more privacy. The only slight downside was the absence of a living room large enough for all of us, be we knew this when we rented. Overall, a great place to stay for large groups.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in der Unterkunft von Andreas. Gerade mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert, da eine grosse Lego-Duplo-Kiste zum Spielen bereitsteht und man mit den Ski zu Fuss einfach zur Piste gelangen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Das Haus ist perfekt für grössere Gruppen und bietet alles was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Es verfügt über eine tolle Einrichtung. Da es sich um ein Einzelhaus handelt, hat man sofort ein gutes Gefühl von Privatsphäre und Sicherheit. Der Check-In war einfach und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter immer unkompliziert. Auch die Hausregeln sind klar ersichtlich, somit weiss man gleich, was zu Tun und zu Lassen ist. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt und würden diese Unterkunft jedem sofort weiterempfehlen.

We stayed for three nights with our two kids at Michaela's place and it was amazing. The location is beautiful, a peaceful place with amazing views of the mountains. The house itself (you're staying on the ground floor of their home) is perfect, it is clean, well-organized, and for our kids there was lots to do: toys, games, a playground in the garden. Michaela was very clear and helpful, and very quickly responsive to all our questions. All-in-all a great host and a great place to stay!

Nice spacious and clean apartment in a beautiful location on the lake. Also in terms of facilities everything is tip top.

Wir haben die Unterkunft spontan für eine Nacht gebucht und waren super zufrieden. Die Aussicht war wunderschön, die Wohnung sauber und perfekt zu viert und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

We had a great stay at Daniel's apartment in Flims over Easter. Daniel is a superb host who is very friendly, communicative and goes out of his way to make you feel at home (he even provided Easter chocolate for us on arrival, which was a nice touch!). The apartment itself was clean, well-located and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The incredible mountain views from the balcony were definitely a highlight, and the top-class pool/sauna facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I would 100% recommend Daniel's if visiting Flims or the surrounding areas in Graubünden.

Quel plaisir d’avoir séjourné dans le bel appartement de Nicole ! Un grand merci à elle pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. La communication avec Nicole est très facile et amicale. Les instructions pour l’accès au logement étaient très claires. Le descriptif correspond parfaitement à l’appartement : il est tres bien placé, au bord du lac, dans une Marina calme et bien entretenue. Toute notre famille s’est sentie comme à la maison : l’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux, avec une mention spéciale au sauna dans la salle de bain ! L’emplacement est privilégié car on peut aussi bien profiter de l’environnement du lac et que de celui de la montagne, ce qui est exceptionnel 😊 Nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau pour profiter des différentes saisons.

Super Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick, großzügige Wohnfläche. Großartig ausgestattete Küche. Top Skiraum und den Luxus, mit dem Aufzug, von der Garage direkt in die Wohnung zu fahren.

Angenehme Wohnung, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche zum selber Kochen, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit René sowie gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ÖV/Bergbahn praktisch zu Fuss erreichbar.
