Lapwing Lodge is located on a working family farm in rural Lancashire for adults (18yrs+) With stunning countryside views, the pod has a patio with an out door hot tub, a fire pit/BBQ, a picnic table and deck chairs to enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings. Access to the beautifully furnished studio-style pod is by 3 steps at the front of the property. The pod is fully equipped to make your stay stress free. Lapwing Lodge is the perfect escape to relax in this peaceful corner of Lancashire.

Our 3 Bedroom Caravan sleeps up to 8 people, is double glazed/ central heated meaning you can enjoy a stay with us all year round! We pride ourselves on cleanliness, location on the park (cul-de-sac, walking distance to complex) and parking facilities (double space) We have a large outdoor decking space and partially enclosed garden. Set within 27 acres, this peaceful holiday home offers a relaxing place to stay whilst being within easy reach of attractions and amenities. 4 minutes drive to Lytham, with St Annes and Blackpool being just further along the coast. The holiday park has fishing access for guests and a private woodland. The caravan offers 2 bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Twin). Sofa bed (extra fee) or travel cot (free) on request. Bathroom and small ensuite to master bedroom. Light and spacious living and kitchen dining.

These former stables have been thoughtfully converted into three luxurious, contemporary holiday homes situated within the owners grounds in a semi-rural location which is well situated for exploring all the North West has to offer. The Maples is an ideal retreat from which to enjoy a host of activities and places to visit. The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

The Lodge

Located in the rear garden accessed via a gate, The Lodge has been thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Sky TV (basic package/freeview) plus an outside space to relax, wine and dine. 3 minute walk to Royal Preston Hospital BAE Warton/Salmesbury 15 min drive Good bus routes Please note you may be greeted by the owners friendly old Labrador in the garden.

The Laurels- A Little Hidden Gem

The Laurels offers the perfect escape for couples and friends seeking a relaxing retreat. Inside The Laurels, you’ll find a double bed dressed with soft, comfortable bedding, tastefully decorated, perfect to escape from everyday life. For small families, we can accommodate a third person while we don’t keep a futon in the pod, one can be arranged upon request. The wood-fired hot tub requires logs, kindling, and firelighters. Available for purchase on-site before 5 pm, this is not pre-lit.

Peaceful, Seclusion & Private Lake to walk to.

Magical Escapes Glamping offers a peaceful countryside retreat on a private farm in Hesketh Bank, West Lancashire. Our cabin has just a bedroom (double bed, table). There is no bathroom in the cabin itself but only a few feet away is a hut with a toilet and sink. We currently have no shower facilities but this will change in a few months time. Surrounded by open fields, guests can relax in a cosy, private glamping pod with scenic views, explore the farm, and unwind by a lake with wildlife.

Enjoy the lovely setting of our very own luxurious fully equipped glamping pod - The Highland Cow Bothy. Set in the countryside with breathtaking views of the Ribble Valley all around. Slip into your slippers and robes, take a breath, relax and unwind. Guest can also take advantage of our extra activities yoga, massages, pony trekking and ebike hire to explore the countryside further or even a delivery of on your door step freshly cooked food from our very own The Brows Country Kitchen.

A brand new lodge set in parkland just a 25 minute stroll or 5 minute drive to the boutique seaside town of Lytham with a wide choice of designer bars and restaurants. For those wanting adventure and sports there are a variety of coastal walks as well as 4 golf courses all with 15 minute drive including the renowned Royal Lytham and Fairhaven courses. There is also a small fishing lake on site.
