Surrounded by the blue ridge mountains, our tiny home is the perfect oasis for your next adventure. Being situated between Asheville & Waynesville, you’ll never run out of things to do! Want to stay in? Also the perfect place! We have a cozy outdoor hammock, fire pit, and dining table located below the trees, in the wooded blue ridge! We also have a breakfast station for easy meals!

Designed with the comfort of our guests and their pets in mind, Mountain Magic has everything you need for a fantastic mountain retreat.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Watch the wildlife and farm animals or fish for trout in our 1/2 mile of river. Quiet~ private~ breathtaking~ accessible~

Asheville views for miles

Charming cabin with amazing mountain views. House was built in 2021 and tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a beautifully handcrafted king size sleigh bed. Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches, coffee included. Living room has a brand new pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets

The Water Wheel • an A-Frame in the NC Mountains

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

Treehouse Glamping 1 - East Gate

A gated gravel driveway leads to our Off-Grid glamper situated on mountaintop acreage bordering Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee National Forest. The treehouse features eco-friendly solar power, clean rain-collected heated shower & vented compost toilet. Rest from your adventures on comfy beds, cook meals in your covered outdoor kitchenette and dine al fresco in the trees, build a campfire in your private fire ring, and recharge your devices via the solar power station.

Shayne’s Sanctuary -Small house with BIG features!

Paradise found in the pastoral Ironduff community. This home may qualify as a tiny home for some but is packed with some big features! The deep covered front porch or firepit area invite you to sit and rock with a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you gaze at the mountain views, sunrises and evening stars. Across the road you will find a working Alpaca Farm. The amenities and cheerful decor make it effortless to spend the day relaxing and savoring the tranquility this property offers.

Private Smokey Mtn cabin nestled in the woods. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the mountain views while listening to the river rush by in this well appointed cabin. Peaceful setting, yet only 15 minutes to downtown Waynesville, 20 min to Maggie Valley, 35 min to Asheville, and 1 hr to Gatlinburg. Bring your Motorcycles as the cabin is located a couple of minutes from the Rattler. Experience hiking, skiing, shops, breweries, white water rafting and more all within a short drive.

Bathroom has a luxurious walk in shower. This is one of two adjoining cabins, although proximal, allows for amazing privacy.

This Beautiful Riverfront Property & rests at the bottom of the Great Smoky Mountains. This property is at the bend of the river for an amazing fishing experience. You will not be disappointed. The cottage has a loft with two queen beds, main level has one king size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. You will LOVE this super cute cottage as you enjoy east Tennessee. You are located one hour from Knoxville or Asheville and 45 mins. from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
