In the 95 square meters available there are: a kitchen and a living room with fireplace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
