Cosy cottage -West Pennine Moors

The historic village of Chapeltown is ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing. A stone’s throw away is the friendly pub, offering great pub food. A 5 minute walk will take you to the Wayoh reservoir and surrounding areas leading to Entwistle and Jumbles Country park. Turton Tower is a short walk away and Bromley Cross train station is 1.5 miles with a direct line to Manchester and Clitheroe. The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Lantana House in the heart of Lancashire.

Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.

With the indoor wood stove, new kitchen and bathroom, oak furniture, outdoor fire pit and garden overlooking a park, we hope you’ll find this a fantastic getaway.

The Corn Mill Cottage, 4A Oswaldtwistle

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Originally a Corn Mill located in the village of Oswaldtwistle. It has been renovated into a 2 bedroom self contained apartment to the highest standards. It comprises of a large double bedroom, single bedroom, open plan living area, kitchen/diner with separate storage cupboards. It is located 500 metres to the open countryside which leads you to an array of lovely walks and nature reserve.

Situated on the famous Tolkien trail and bursting with charm and character, Inglenook Cottage is a perfect getaway from which to enjoy all that the beautiful Ribble Valley has to offer. Nestled in peaceful countryside, our small, quirky smallholding offers a cosy rural escape surrounded by nature. Home to sheep and hens, with deer roaming nearby and owls nesting close by, it’s a haven for wildlife lovers. The accommodation is simple and characterful, with one bedroom (situated on a mezzanine floor) and a sofa bed, ideal for couples, small families, or friends seeking a quiet, countryside stay away from the rush of everyday life.
