Barbara was so helpful. What a peaceful stay for our family. The farm tour was amazing. The post cards were an added bonus. We were there for a memorial service and there was plenty of space.

The house is Very private and secluded. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. It was a short 15 minute drive to downtown warrenton which was full of great restaurants and fun shops.

Quiet place to stay close to Culpeper but not in the town. Easy to get downtown. Very nicely decorated.

The home was beautiful and very welcoming! The hosts thought of every detail to ensure that our stay was comfortable for our group. It was a great place to seek peaceful time away. The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

My husband and I really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. I certainly appreciated the personal touches within the home and very responsive host. The massage chair was amazing! The home is just a short distance from the downtown area within reach to many restaurants. I won't hesitate to book the stay at another time.

Lanes Hilltop Hideaway was the perfect place for our family when we needed a private and restful place to be together. It’s a very clean and spacious home that was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time together.

Peaceful, the horse's were beautiful to look at everyday, it hasa relaxing feel and I worked third shift at the hospital and no complaints at all.

Accommodations are definitely worth the cost. Apt is clean with many amenities. Great location for getting around Culpeper Co. Restaurants and supplies are close by. You’ll find this space much more like home than staying in a motel. Host is very responsive and helped with practical needs.

Fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! Secluded and quiet. Be aware that the very last bit of the road is gravel, so watch out with very low clearance sports cars.

Qasim and his wife were so wonderful and responsive the entire stay. He even came right home to help me when the power triped to restart my laundry haha I felt so bad he came all the way back but he was just so kind and never made us feel like a bother at all. Their back yard is incredible! They play jungle gym was a major hit for my kids! And it was incredible having a nice fenced back yard for our dog to play too. Overall the entire experience was lovely and the hosts were just as good if not better than anyone could ever hope for! I love that their place is also in a safe and relaxing neighborhood close to DC which is exactly what we were looking for with our 4kids and our dog! Beautiful stay and beautiful people! Thank you for having us!

This is a great place to stay! The place was quite, lot of parking, decent size kitchen and utensils and has washer and dryer. Brie’s instructions were spot on and we had no difficulty in locating this place . The bed and sofas were comfortable and internet speed was good. The shops are less than 4 miles ( 15 mins commute at the max) . Will Certainly come back again

Fantastic stay. Place was immaculate and William has thought of absolutely everything. Plenty of coffee, bottled water, wine, plenty of towels, soap etc. His place is laid out well too. Walking distance to town. Amenities were plenty. We loved this apt and hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed William.

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.

I can’t recommend Cesar enough. Everything was exactly as described. He was a gracious host and I would stay with him again.
