Escape to a Sunny Apartment in a Quiet D.C. Suburb

Living Room amenities include a Smart TV and an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Fully equipped kitchen and cooking essentials. Lovely patio with seating area and herb garden. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea provided. You have your own private entrance and patio area on an entire different side of the house so your experience can be as private as you like. The entire apartment which includes: washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and patio area. Your host will be available for anything you need during your stay. My daughter/co-host, Bernadette, a young D.C. professional, can also answer any questions about the D.C. area, restaurants and other cool places to go. The apartment is in a quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to the Washington area. It's a short walk to the FDA. Downtown Silver Spring is nearby, with its many restaurants, bars, Fillmore music venue, Ellsworth Dog Park, and a movie theater. The National Archives, University of Maryland College Park and UMUC are just few miles away. A Ride-On bus stop is located on the same block as the apartment. A Metro bus stop is 5 minute walk. Silver Spring Metro Station is about 4 miles away. There are a few parking garages at the Silver Spring Metro Station if you choose to drive there and then hop on the metro. Free parking on weekends and holidays at all Montgomery County Parking garages (some lots and street parking may require payment on Saturday). You could also Uber/Lyft to the metro station or all the way into the city (great option esp if you're splitting fare).

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space! No details were spared in the latest renovation to Maura & Pete's Airbnb properties. From the moment you walk in you will be overwhelmed with the tremendous comfort in the living room leading to a kitchen well equipped with your cooking needs. Along the way there is a washer & dryer if needed. Upstairs you will find a gorgeous bathroom right next to a perfectly laid out bedroom w/ plush king bed where you can watch your favorite show on the HD TV!

This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. Come rest your weary bones in your private retreat with its own separate entrance, relaxing sunporch, and stocked kitchenette. Reach into the fridge and enjoy cold soda or a local beer on me! Pick out tunes on the refurbished 1910 piano or classical guitar of this eclectically furnished studio apartment, elegantly lit by tall windows under high ceilings overlooking lovely Union Square Park in downtown Baltimore. The residential area is a mile from the inner harbor/ stadium and street parking is easy. Nearby, enjoy walking in the park, dinner at Rooted or even see a puppet show. A well-stocked library offers great reading and the kitchenette has coffee, tea, and a light breakfast.

Living space includes dinette with 4 chairs, sofa w/ full size air mattress and two recliners set up in front of a 42" flat screen TV. Heat and air provide the perfect accommodations no matter the weather. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or explore the Bay on one of our two Kayaks. A stone's throw from Trade Point Atlantic, Key Bridge work site. Just 15-20 minutes to downtown Baltimore.

Awesome studio tucked away & Centrally located !

Bayview is very close to Greektown, Little Italy, Fells Point and Canton. Each of these commercial developments are no more than 1-2 miles from Drew Street. Restaurants, the waterfront and shopping districts are all located in each of these developments and provide a wide array of tastes and treats. Therefore, if you are a foodie, like wine/beer, antique shops or like to hear a band or singer every once in a while, you can definitely find something to do and travel via Uber, Lyft or Taxi.

Two-room guest suite with private entrance located in picturesque Catonsville, MD on a pre-Colonial road originally used for rolling tobacco to the harbor. Downtown Baltimore is 20 minutes away, BWI airport and Amtrak station 15 minutes, and our street is located on a bus route. Beautiful 3.5 mile walk to historic Ellicott City and an hour from Washington, D.C. Individuals and families with children are welcome, but the Airbnb member renting the property must be over the age of 25.

This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in a lovely, safe suburban neighborhood. Guest will enjoy the lovely garden setting and patio. Only a short drive to The Inner Harbor, Annapolis, Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium,Johns Hopkins, just to name a few. Guests will definitely feel right at home with free wi fi ,HBO and Showtime. Apartment in the wing of the historic Walnut Grove farmhouse with its own central heating and cooling. Our farmette has 10 free range hens outside your window, and pets. Beautiful sunsets, bald eagles, osprey, and water fowl viewed from the dock across the street. 12 miles to Baltimore and 5 miles from 95. Local dining, shopping, parks, and golf course, tennis court at the school. Smoke, vape and pot on free property for everyone's enjoyment.
