Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

This private apartment w/ EV charger (small added fee) located right the water on Otisco Lake, w/ over 300 ft of lakefront at your front door. Incredible views! The apartment is attached to the main house w/ a private entrance. Beach, seasonal dock, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat, gas grill & fire pit with wood (May - Oct). Fishing, swimming, snow skiing, wine tasting, fine dining, beautiful sunsets await your arrival! 15 min to Skaneateles, 10 min to Song Mountain Skiing.

Maybe your staying with friends for a wine tour, brew tour or one of our many events in Town. Stay with us while visiting Hobart William Smith College located a short walk away.

Historic Downtown Carriage House with EV Charging

Absolutely the best location in Saratoga Springs! There’s a big difference between “walk to downtown” and being downtown! This beautifully restored and comfortably furnished second floor carriage house apartment is less than one block from the heart of downtown. A short walk to City Center restaurants, bars, shops and Skidmore college. Please read our reviews! All fees are included. We do not charge for cleaning or any extra fees! Free EV charging under a covered carport too!

Tranquility w/ EV charging station

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Fully stocked with linens and bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen with serving ware and cookware. We are across the road from the lake with lakefront access. There is a dock for you to use. Wall outlet (NEMA 14-5 )for EV Charging station. Baby care package available upon request and availability. This includes high chair, stroller, baby tub, exersauser, and pack n play. This is an additional $50 for the length of the stay.

This suite is a newly remodeled wing of an old Castle street mansion. This fresh yet classic apartment sleeps 4 adults comfortably, but will accommodate up to 5. The primary suite includes a queen bed with plenty of pillows and moody lighting, along with a vanity. The second bedroom Has a cozy full/double daybed with twin trundle. The Kitchen and Bathroom are newly remodeled with Vintage touches, resulting in a fun yet sophisticated atmosphere.
