It has an amazing view, great location, awesome local and expat community, great spots to hang outside of the house, a big patio/gazebo by the pool, multiple hammocks, soothing wave sound and sea breeze, gorgeous tropical light, and the best surfing in the country. We offer a comfortable and independent stay in a two-story house 50 meters from the beach, with 200 MB Wi-Fi, equipped for long stays and remote work. On the first level there is a garden with palm trees ideal for relaxing and a terrace with the outdoor dining area; on the second level there is air conditioning, a glass door that connects the interior with the exterior and a balcony with a view of the sea and garden.

This is our family beach house, it is beachfront with amazing ocean-views surrounded by palm trees. Its thatched roof out of palm leafs gives it a tropical flair. The main house is round-shaped with foldable sliding doors & windows (feel free to ask our caretaker to close them for you at night/open in the morning). The pool is very big and has a deep and a shallow area suitable for children. The third bedroom is located in a third, new area next to the pool with ocean view.
