Bright, Luxurious, Apartment in the Heart of DC

Recline with a book on a rock-gray sofa steeped in the soothing tenor of this bright apartment featuring colorful artworks, classic furnishings, and rich hardwood floors. Prep meals in a warm galley kitchen and dine at a modern glass-top table. Enjoy watching the world go by from the spacious balcony. *This property has contactless check-in, strict cleaning, and sanitation measures designed for COVID-19 prevention* This is a large, 850 sqft, one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms apartment, bright, with lots of windows, and modern furniture. It comes with parking space for one car right below the apartment. A sofa bed in living room accommodates one child. The apartment unit and parking below. There is a Whole Foods supermarket two blocks away and many gyms and yoga studios to try right next. We have a 98 (out 100) walk paradise score. My other fav grocery store nearby is Traders Joes. As often as you need. A 5-block walk from the Dupont Circle metro station, the apartment occupies a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of great dining and shopping just steps away. There’s a supermarket two blocks away, as well the cocktail bars that line 14th St NW. There are several Metro stations nearby, the most convenient is Dupont Cicle, red line, also there are shuttles and buses to different locations nearby. There are discounts for monthly rents.

Newly renovated designed by high end modern architectural firm located in Washington's most vibrant neighborhood. Close walking distance to lots of great restaurants, night life & 1 block to metro yet still quiet. Lots of sunlight, high ceilings, front landscaped garden to sit & enjoy the passers by & rear private patio for your use. The parking is at the Church behind our house & paid for by us for you to use. A desk is in the front bedroom-great internet. Amazing coffee shop on our block.

Enjoy Washington beautiful summer (reduced rates) in a gorgeous apt and great location. Read the 200+ 5 star reviews! Lots of extras (homemade goodies, my own coffee blend, etc) Great alternative to hotels- stunningly beautiful ALL NEWLY renovated new 2 bed 2 bath (all marble!) garden level apt. New large windows too! Very walkable, easy access to public transport/app rides.GREAT DC location, terrific amenities, gracious host. Can’t do better in DC than this comfortable, turnkey DC apartment.

Elegant, super comfy 1 BR apartment w full gourmet kitchen, Tempurpedic bed, very fast WiFi, heated floors throughout, washer & dryer, two air purifiers, gardens, green roof, on a quiet block in Logan Circle, steps from DC's hottest restaurants and nightlife. Close to Metro. The apartment was built from scratch, as part of a 'green', energy-efficient renovation of an 1890 row house, whose entire ground floor it spans. Parking is often available in the house's adjacent, private garage, for a fee.
