Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Umgeben von wild wachsenden Obstbäumen, Bergwäldern und Wiesen und doch mitten in der Urlaubsregion Schladming-Dachstein. Im Sommer ein Eldorado für Bergsportler und Mountainbiker. Im Winter ein großartiges Skigebiet mit über 230 km bestens präparierten Skipisten. Bei jeder Buchung ist die Sommercard inklusive!

Mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das idyllische Weißpriachtal und ruhig gelegen ist der Schlicknhof idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Mountainbiking und Langlauftouren. Die neu renovierten und vom Tischler eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen bieten Erholung, Ruhe und Spielvergnügen für Kinder, moderne Ausstattung, hofeigene Bioprodukte und vieles mehr!

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

1 kostenfreier Parkplatz. Abstellplatz für Fahrräder in der Garage. Ortsabgabe, derzeit € 2,50 pro Erwachsene pro Nacht.. Modernes, gemütliches Appartement für 2 Personen, ruhig und zentral in Schladming. Alles zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Herrliche Wandermöglichkeiten und über 100 km Pistenspaß! Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Planai-Talstation und zur 4-Berge-Schischaukel!

Unser Loft liegt im Ortskern und ist ideal für Deinen Langlauf- oder Wanderurlaub. Im Stiegenhaus steht ein Ski und Schuhtrockner für Dich bereit und Du kannst in nur wenigen Metern in die Langlaufloipe oder den Winterwanderweg einsteigen. Der sonnige Balkon lädt auch zu einem Faulenzertag ein, mit einem netten Buch aus unserer Bibliothek wirst Du den Alltagsstress schnell vergessen.

Schladminger Loft mit Planai-Blick

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

Ski in and ski out! The apartment is located right by the ski slope, so just step out of the house, get on your skis or snowboard and hit the slopes! Sounds amazing? It is!

Our house is on the sunny side of Schladming. The gondola Golden Jet is five minutes by foot. Completely renovatet in old wooden style and very cosy.
