We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and Mae's Ridge, and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 2 has one bedroom with a queen bed. Dreaming Buffalo is a sunny, art-filled cottage located on 11 supremely peaceful acres just 12 miles from downtown Austin. This sanctuary has all the creature comforts of home, including a full kitchen, walk-in closet, and record player. The backyard features a fire pit and comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning hill country sunsets surrounded by song birds, bunny rabbits, and deer. The area feels much more remote than it is. Peace & quiet in nature is the main draw here at our sanctuary.

Lone Star Cottage - 15 minutes to downtown

We offer a relaxing experience with a country feeling only 15 minutes to downtown Austin or lake Travis. The cottage is brand new, 900 sq ft and located on 2/3 acre property. The cottage is about 15 minutes to downtown or to Lake Travis, in a non incorporated neighborhood with less street lights, more star gazing and great bird watching! You will most likely wake up to birds chirping and see hawks, blue jays and cardinals among others. Maybe deer too if you're lucky.
