This brand new Villa is located in a quiet location and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, a terrace , parking place and a heated pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and one room has a private bathroom. The house is located a 10-minute drive from the most popular sandy beach and 10 minutes from towns of Zadar and Nin. Restaurants and shops are also located near the accommodation.

In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
