To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Your gite overlooks the valley with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec coin cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit couchage double 140cm), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
