Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. Want to experience a quit and calming environment, wake up to birds singing and step out of the house to find yourself in nature? Then this is the right space for you. Our place is close to the forest, fields and a huge lake. The sea is also only an hour and a half away by car. You will be living in a rustic stone house my ancestors have built with their own hands. It is warm, homey, surrounded by a garden and perfect to relax and unwind. We are very guest-friendly and happy to have you!

The lovely apartment for 2+2 persons on the third floor, 50 m2 , two separated rooms connected , there is the pass by the door from the first one to the second one. The first one with the queen size bed, the second one with the sofa bed in the living room , one bathroom, big kitchen well equipped with eating place, wash machine, dishes washer, sat tv, wifi, air conditioned, the large terrace with the magnificent view and facing the sea, free parking place.
